Officials Investigate U.S. 19 Auto Wreck in Sandy Springs
SANDY SPRINGS, GA – First responders are investigating the details behind a crash reported at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the northbound U.S. Highway 19 and Abernathy Road.
Georgia Department of Transportation crews told Atlanta News First that they shut down all the northbound lanes of U.S. 19 (also known as GA 400) for about an hour.Â
Officials have not provided a definitive answer regarding the exact cause of this collision, stated the number of people and vehicles involved, or said if anyone had to go to the hospital.
