Rollover collision closes multiple lanes on I-20 near Stonecrest

DEKALB COUNTY, GA – Authorities were called to a rollover wreck Monday afternoon on Interstate near east Stonecrest, according to Triple Team Traffic.

The accident took place on the eastbound lanes of I-20, east of Exit 75 to Turner Hill Road. It was first reported by Triple Team at 12:18 p.m., when several lanes had already been shut down.

It’s unclear at this time what led up to the crash, but delays were impacting traffic in the area, and motorists were instructed to take Covington Highway into Conyers.

By 12:39 p.m., more than 20 minutes later, crews had moved the scene to the right shoulder.
