2-Auto Crash in Sharpsburg Sends 2 to Hospital, Claims 1 Life
SHARPSBURG, GA – A Nissan Altima driver collided with a Toyota 4Runner on GA16, which claimed their life and sent the Nissan passenger and surviving Nissan passenger to a hospital.
Georgia State Patrol told WSBTV that prior to the collision near Marion Beavers Road, it was reported around 2 p.m. Thursday, the Nissan driver drifted away from their lanes but did not specify why. The impact, though, led the Nissan driver to immediately succumb to fatal wounds, and first responders rushed the surviving occupants to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment of serious wounds. Â
