2-Auto vs. Pedestrian Wreck in Kennesaw Claims 1 Life, Injures 2
KENNESAW, GA – A two-Nissan car collision ended in claiming one pedestrian’s life and injuring the other walker and one of the drivers Thursday.
WSBTV said the events unfolded after 7 p.m. when the driver of a Nissan Altima, going east on Barnett Lakes Boulevard, cut off a Nissan Rogue, causing the two to collide and hitting both pedestrians, a man and a woman.Â
Upon arrival, ambulance personnel rushed both pedestrians and the Nissan Rogue driver to a nearby hospital. There, the male pedestrian died, while the female walker is currently recovering from serious wounds.
As it stands, the Rogue driver is recovering from minor wounds.
Cobb County Police Department launched an investigation and have not released other information at this time. Anyone who can provide more insight with respect to Thursday’s wreck is asked to contact the police department at the phone number listed in the source.
