Wrong-Way Wreck in Candler Co. Claims 2 Lives
CANDLER COUNTY, GA – A driver of a Chevrolet Silverado had driven the wrong way going west on eastbound SR 46, causing them to hit another vehicle, killing two people Wednesday.
This collision happened before 5:30 p.m., and the car that was struck was a Chevrolet Impala, according to WSAV.Â
Georgia State Patrol said the two Impala occupants perished at the collision site, while the Silverado motorist was hospitalized for serious wounds.
GSP started an investigation and has not released additional details at this time.Â
