Collision shuts down I-85 in Palmetto for 4 hours
PALMETTO, GA – Police and Georgia Department of Transportation crews had to close a significant portion of I-85 North for more than four hours due to a Wednesday morning crash.
This collision occurred around 3:15 a.m. between Senoia Road and Collinsworth Road, WSBTV reports. The area appeared to reopen before 7 a.m. as travelers could proceed through the intersection.
Authorities launched an investigation but have not confirmed the events that led to this crash or said if anyone was injured.
