One Life Claimed in Alleged DUI Head-on Wreck in Lawrenceville
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA โ A driver, who was allegedly intoxicated, struck a Nissan Rogue car head-on with their car, claiming the Nissan motoristโs life on Wednesday.
The impaired driver had drifted from Burford Drive South into the northbound lanes, initiating the crash, WSBTV reports. Immediately after the crash, police declared the Nissan driver deceased at the scene, and first responders took the impaired driver and their passengers to a nearby hospital, where they were last said to have been recovering from non-life-threatening wounds.ย
The deceased victimโs age, gender, and place of residency have not been revealed, nor were the pending charges for the suspected DUI motorist.
