DOT Crews Clear I-285 Outer Loop Collision in Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA – Local DOT crews cleared the scene of a solo crash on I-285 South on the Outer Loop after 4 p.m., Triple Team Traffic said.

The collision happened after 3:45 p.m. Crews shut down the right lane to accommodate the scene clearance process and left the left lane open to allow for the flow of traffic. The closure resulted in traffic delays starting at Highway 166.
One person was seen sitting on the ground in front of DOT vehicles and the affected car. It’s unclear if this individual was injured. New details will be added as our news team learns more.
