At Least 1 Hurt in Crash Near Meigs
NEAR MEIGS, GA – At least one person sustained injuries as a result of a Friday afternoon collision at the intersection of Georgia 111 and Stagecoach Road.
WALB said that the Grady County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene around 3 p.m. According to posted photos from the Grady County Sheriff’s Office, it appears that a dark-colored GMC and a white SUV were involved. The impact had left the front of the white SUV with significant damage.
Deputies told drivers to proceed with caution or to seek alternative routes during the scene clearance process.
The exact cause of the wreck is under investigation.
