Accident Closes Lane on Eastbound I-285 Near SE Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA – Emergency crews were called to the scene of a wreck late Monday morning on Interstate 285 near southeast Atlanta, according to Triple Team Traffic.
The incident occurred on the eastbound lanes of the interstate’s outer loop, at Exit 51 to Bouldercrest Road. It was first reported at around 11:12 a.m.
Motorists were advised of delays in the area, as the the left lane was blocked.
By 11:45 a.m., more than 30 minutes later, crews had been able to move the scene to the right.

No significant injuries or hospitalizations have been confirmed following the crash.
