Alleged DUI Driver Hurt in Rollover Crash, Physical Attack in Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA โ An alleged impaired driver was hospitalized after his overturned car crashed and struck other vehicles and after sustaining a gunshot wound Sunday.
WEAU said that once the vehicle rolled over and hit the other automobiles on William Holmes Borders Senior Drive along Auburn Avenue, thatโs when eyewitnesses who saw the crash unfold came up to the man and physically assaulted him before pointing a firearm at him and shooting him in the thigh.ย
First responders rushed the man to a hospital, where he was listed as stable. Atlanta Police have not apprehended the suspects and have not announced any criminal charges.
