At least 1 left injured after multi-vehicle wreck on I-575 in Kennesaw
COBB COUNTY, GA – Authorities responded to an injury crash involving multiple vehicles Monday evening on Interstate 575 in Kennesaw, according to Triple Team Traffic.
The incident occurred on the northbound highway at Exit 4 to Bells Ferry Road and was first reported shortly before 6:36 p.m.
While the events leading up to the accident have not been specified, footage captured by Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) cameras indicate at least four vehicles were involved. At least two of the vehicles appear to have sustained substantial front-end damage.
Following the crash, motorists in the area were asked to take Bells Ferry Road or Highway 5 toward Kennesaw in order to avoid the scene.
