Driver Fails To Yield, Dies After Colliding With Semi in Jackson
JACKSON, GA โ A Ford Fusion car driver had passed away after failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic when they collided with a semi-truck Monday.
Georgia State Patrol told Jackson Progress-Argus that this collision happened around 8 p.m. at the High Falls Road and Georgia 36 intersection. Prior to the vehicles colliding, the car driver was traveling south on High Falls, and the truck operator was going east on GA 36.ย
Troopers pronounced the car driver dead at the scene and have not released additional information at this time.ย
