Driver Runs Stop Sign, Leading to Fatal Fiery Crash In Macon
MACON, GA – A man operating a Chevrolet Silverado ran a stop sign and collided with some trees, leading the truck to catch on fire and his death Sunday.
According to 13WMAZ, this collision happened in the vicinity of Georgia 247 and State Highway 11 before 12:30 a.m. The impact had trapped the driver, not providing him a chance to escape the fiery collision, thus resulting in him succumbing to fatal wounds at the scene.
Georgia State Patrol has identified the man as a Hawkinsville High School teacher and sports coach.
