Driver Unharmed in Icy Road Collision in Toccoa
TOCCOA, GA – A driver managed to escape injuries in a single-vehicle collision reported around 11:30 a.m. Sunday on Nub Garland Road.
Authorities told WYFF4 that black ice was seen on the road, including near Mize Road along Owens Farm Supply, prompting a response from the Georgia Department of Transportation, who came to restore safe road conditions.Â
Officials were also called to remove patches of black ice at the intersection of Historic Highway 17 and Rock Creek Road.
