NEWINGTON, GA โ The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) is currently investigating the details behind a Monday afternoon crash between a semi-truck and a car.ย
The traffic unit team announced this collision at 4:18 p.m., stating it happened at the intersection of Highway 21 and Oliver Kildare Road. At the time of reporting, deputies told commuters to expect delays as first responders worked to clear the area.
