Fire crews extinguish semi fire in Dunwoody
DUNWOODY, GA – Fire crews cast out the flames from a semi-truck on I-285 West Tuesday morning, FOX5Atlanta reports.
The fiery collision occurred after 4:30 a.m. between Ashford Dunwoody Road and Roswell Road. Fire crews and first responders shut down the westbound lanes and reopened the area before 6:15 a.m. when crews established the flames. During the closures, drivers were asked to use I-85, inside the Perimeter, as an alternative route.
Authorities have not specified the events behind this crash or said if anyone was injured or needed to go to the hospital.
