GDOT Closes I-85 S Right Lane in Union City Due to Collision
UNION CITY, GA – Georgia Department of Transportation crews shut down the right lane on I-85 South along Flat Shoals Road due to a crash reported after 4 p.m.
GDOT web footage, reposted by Triple Team Traffic, shows one EMS ambulance and one patrol car investigating the circumstances of this collision. Since details are in the early stages, officials have not been able to provide a definitive answer regarding the exact cause of this crash. In addition, first responders did not say if anyone was injured or indicated whether anyone would receive citations or charges.Â
