Hit-And-Run Car Fatally Strikes Woman in Atlanta’s Oakland City
ATLANTA, GA – A 30-year-old woman walking along Lee Food Mart at 1193 Lee Street lost her life when she was hit by a driver who fled the scene Tuesday.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said this crash occurred at 5:30 a.m., and the woman, whose identity was not disclosed, died from her wounds prior to Atlanta Police showing up.
Officers have not described the suspect or their vehicle.
