Hit-And-Run Driver Fatally Strikes Female Pedestrian in Macon
MACON, GA โ A woman walking on Pio Nio Avenue along Roses Discount Store lost her life when she was struck by a driver who fled the scene Wednesday.
This hit-and-run collision took place around 10:30 p.m., according to The Telegraph. Upon arrival, the Bibb County Sheriffโs Office (BCSO) declared the pedestrian dead at the scene.ย
BCSO started an investigation but has not been able to confirm what the suspect and their vehicle looked like at this time. In addition, deputies have not publicly announced the womanโs age and place of residence.
