Hit-And-Run in Atlanta Sends Woman to Hospital
ATLANTA, GA – A woman was hospitalized after she was struck by a hit-and-run driver while walking across the rainbow-themed crosswalk at 10th Street NE and Piedmont Avenue NE Monday.
EMS crews rushed the woman to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment, according to Fox 5 Atlanta. Officers arrived at the scene around 2 p.m.
Police are working to pinpoint what the hit-and-run suspect looked like and what kind of vehicle they were driving.
