Injury Crash Shuts Down GA 23, Simpson Circle in Peachtree Corners
PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA – At least one person sustained injuries in a crash at GA 23 and Simpson Circle, leaving police with no choice but to close the area Friday.
As officers and fire crews work to clear the area, drivers approaching the wreck are asked to avoid the area and use Peachtree Industrial Boulevard heading towards Norcross as an alternative route, according to an X post from Triple Team Traffic.Â

By 4:42 p.m., at least one officer was seen redirecting traffic, and medics were taking out a stretcher to prepare for possible hospital transportation. One fire engine and two police cars were summoned, rendering aid, and officers were doing their best to pinpoint the events behind Friday’s wreck.
