Jackson Co. School Bus Hits Tree, Sending 5 Kids to Hospital
ATLANTA, GA – Five kids were hospitalized for their injuries after their school bus driver crashed into a tree Monday, Atlanta News First reports.
It’s unclear what kind of injuries the hospitalized students sustained. The uninjured students were released to their families.
First responders did not specify what caused the school bus driver to lose control of their vehicle or disclose the exact crash location. The school bus is owned by The Jackson County School System. At this time, school officials have not provided a formal statement regarding Monday’s crash.
