Man, 40, Dead Following Car vs. Van Wreck in Kennesaw
KENNESAW, GA – A 40-year-old man driving a 2021 BMW M3 passed away after crashing head-on into a 2019 Ford Transit van Wednesday.
After 3 p.m., the 40-year-old man had drifted off eastbound Hickory Grove Road and had gone into the westbound lanes. Moments later, he struck the second car, Atlanta News First said.Â
EMS crews rushed the Ford driver and the 40-year-old man to local hospitals. The Ford driver was set to receive treatment for non-life-threatening wounds.
The 40-year-old man would later succumb to his injuries at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
The Cobb County Police Department started an investigation. They urge the public to contact them immediately if they can provide any more details regarding the fatal wreck.
