Man Injured in Collision With Entrapment in Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA – A driver of a sedan crashed into a ditch, causing him to get trapped under the car and sustaining injuries in the process Monday.
The solo collision happened before 4:15 a.m. in the 4240th block of River Green Drive, Atlanta News First reports.
Crews were summoned to the scene at 4:09 a.m. and arrived several minutes later at 4:14 a.m. They extricated him from under the car and rushed him to Grady Hospital EMS.
DOT crews stayed behind to clear the scene and closed the area for less than an hour for the clean-up process before later reopening all lanes.
