Man Killed in Fiery Truck Accident on Knox Bridge Hwy. In Canton
CANTON, GA โ A man lost his life to a fiery truck accident on Knox Bridge Highway on Wednesday, Fox 5 Atlanta reports.
According to preliminary details, it appears that a Chevrolet truck, driven by the victim, caught on fire after colliding with a Dodge pickup truck along Fieldstone Drive. Cherokee County deputies and fire crews arrived at the accident scene after 12:30 p.m.
Cherokee County deputies did not deem this a hit-and-run accident. Officials confirmed that the Dodge pickup truck driver kept driving further, pulled over, and then called 911 to inform authorities of the collision. This driver survived and was spared from injuries and criminal charges.
