Multi-auto wreck shuts down I-85 in Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA – A multi-vehicle collision on I-85 shut down most lanes Tuesday before several could reopen, according to Atlanta News First.
This crash happened before 5 p.m. near the GA 120 (also known as Duluth Highway) and Boggs Road intersection. Crews were able to remove most of the vehicles and debris within a 30-minute span, allowing them to reopen most lanes around 5:30 p.m.
The source initially said “at least three vehicles were involved.” However, first responders have not revealed the exact cause of this crash or specified the kind of people and vehicles involved. It’s also unclear whether anyone was injured.
