Person Hospitalized After SUV, Semi Truck Collision in Eastanollee

EASTANOLLEE, GA – EMS crews transported one person to a nearby hospital after a collision between an SUV and semi-truck near Woodlake RV Park Wednesday. 

The two-vehicle crash happened at Highway 17 and Historic Highway 17, according to Now Habersham. After arriving around 1 p.m., Georgia State Patrol, Stephen County deputies, and other crews closed the area for the clean-up process and investigation. 

During the closures, drivers were asked to take Historic Highway 17. 

All lanes appeared to have reopened. The exact cause of the two-vehicle crash is under investigation.
