Police Arrest 3 People Following Dekalb Co. Pursuit-Turned-Crash
DEKALB COUNTY, GA – Police arrested three people after a pursuit-turned-crash on southbound Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Tuesday.
According to Atlanta News First, the events unfolded on Ashford Dunwoody Road, where law enforcement ordered a driver to stop. The driver did not listen and sped away, prompting a chase. The pursuit ended when the suspect’s vehicle crashed at the intersection of Mount Vernon Road and Oxford Chase Way. The suspect fled the scene and continued driving into Sandy Springs, then onto Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.
One of the suspects was involved in aggravated assault, police added. The arrested individuals were juveniles. The specifics of the assault and additional information about the crash have not been added.
