Maddison Ponder is a Senior Case Intake Specialist at Kaufman Injury Law, where she leads the firm’s intake process with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. As one of the first people a prospective client interacts with, Maddison understands the weight of that moment, many callers are reaching out in the aftermath of a serious injury, unsure of their options and in need of clear, compassionate guidance. She brings exactly that to every conversation.
In her role, Maddison ensures that all potential clients receive a prompt response, that each situation is carefully evaluated, and that the right next steps are clearly communicated. Her work is the foundation on which attorney-client relationships are built at the firm.
Originally from Newburgh, Indiana, Maddison earned dual degrees in Mass Communications and Criminal Justice from the University of West Georgia, a combination that reflects both her strong communication instincts and her genuine interest in the justice system. She brings both to her work at Kaufman Injury Law every day.
Outside of work, Maddison enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Koda.
