Madison Lance

Madison Lance serves as Senior Workers’ Compensation Paralegal and Community Outreach Coordinator at Kaufman Injury Law, bringing years of focused experience in one of Georgia’s most procedure-intensive areas of personal injury law. In her paralegal role, Madison supports clients navigating the workers’ compensation system, a process governed by the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation that involves strict timelines, employer reporting requirements, and specific rules around medical treatment and physician panels. Her familiarity with that framework helps ensure clients understand their rights and that their cases are handled with the precision the system demands.
As Community Outreach Coordinator, Madison also represents the firm beyond the office, building relationships and strengthening Kaufman Injury Law’s presence in the communities it serves across Atlanta and Georgia.
Originally from Louisiana and raised in Ball Ground, Georgia, Madison studied at Kennesaw State University and earned her paralegal certification from the University of Georgia. Her deep Georgia roots give her a genuine connection to the clients and communities she works to serve.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys cooking, baking, home improvement projects, and staying active. She treasures time with her husband, child, and extended family, a daily reminder of why protecting injured workers’ rights matters.
