Monika Baez is a Senior Paralegal at Kaufman Injury Law with over a decade of experience at the firm, a tenure that speaks to both her expertise and her commitment to the clients and colleagues she works alongside every day. In that time, she has developed a deep familiarity with how the firm operates and how to move personal injury cases forward efficiently and effectively. She supports case development, client communication, and litigation preparation across a broad range of matters.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Monika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Legal Studies from Florida International University, a rigorous program that provided a strong foundation in both the legal system and the administrative skills required to manage complex litigation files. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and she plays an active role in ensuring that the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients receive clear, thorough, and compassionate communication throughout their case.
Outside the office, Monika enjoys traveling, especially to beach destinations, shopping, and exploring new places with her family. After more than ten years with the firm, she remains as energized by the work as ever.
