Stop Sign Runner Causes Deadly Crash in Dixie
DIXIE, GA – A driver of a Ford Mustang ran a stop sign, hit the right side of a Chevrolet and a tree, leading the Chevrolet passenger to later pass away Friday.
This collision took place before 8:15 p.m. at GA Hwy 38 and Dixie-Barwick Road, according to WALB. The impact had also caused the Chevrolet to spin out of control. Upon arrival, first responders rushed the woman to Brooks County Hospital, where she died.Â
The Georgia State Patrol’s SCRT-H also responded to the scene, and no other injuries were reported.
