Teen Allegedly Causes Fiery Rollover Wreck in Suwanee, GSP Says
SUWANEE, GA โ Georgia State Patrol suspect a 16-year-old boy had caused a multi-vehicle collision on I-85 that caused his car to overturn and catch on fire Thursday.
This crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on the southbound lanes along Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, according to Atlanta News First. The 16-year-old was able to escape his burning vehicle, coming out without a scratch, and the other occupants from the three other automobiles involved were also unharmed.ย
The impact of this collision caused three vehicles to come to rest on the right shoulder.
Troopers and other first responders did shut down the area for the standard scene clearance and investigation process.
GSP is continuing to investigate the circumstances behind this wreck and has not released other information.ย
