Woman’s Medical Episode Leads to Collision at Atlanta Chick-Fil-A
ATLANTA, GA – A woman going through a Chick-fil-A drive-thru suffered a medical episode, leading her to crash into another car and the chain restaurant Wednesday.
The collision happened off the intersection of Collier Road NW and Peachtree Road NE, along Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta News First reports. After colliding with the second vehicle, the woman then rammed into the chain restaurant’s service door and gas line. The door was removed entirely, while the gas line remained intact.
Ambulance personnel did not say whether the woman and other driver were injured, but they did say that the restaurant employees were spared from physical harm.
