Pedestrian Killed in Memorial Day Hit-And-Run Crash Near Cowart Lake
SOUTH FULTON, GA โ A female pedestrian was killed in a Memorial Day hit-and-run crash that occurred near Cowart Lake in South Fulton.
WSBTV said South Fulton Police and fire crews were summoned to Camp Creek Parkway, which is where the driver struck the pedestrian before fleeing the scene. After arriving, authorities pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Police are working to determine what the suspect and their vehicle looked like. An investigation is underway. Anyone who has more information on this fatal hit-and-run crash is asked to contact the police department right away.
